PRICE OF GOODS
All prices quoted on the web site include taxes, unless otherwise stated. Our basic prices are indicated in Singapore Dollars.
Customers may cancel your order 3 working days prior to your event on the The Catering Concerto’s website, provided you have notified the The Catering Concerto in writing before the delivery of the Goods has been made.
The Catering Concerto reserves the right to cancel an order placed by you if
- The Catering Concerto does not have sufficient stock of the relevant Goods to complete your order; or
- The Catering Concerto has identified an error in the price or description of the Goods or
- On written notice by The Catering Concerto, your order has been cancelled for a reason not listed above.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall The Catering Concerto be liable to you or to any other person or entity in any way, whether arising under contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for damages of any kind arising from the use of this website, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, lost revenue or profits, lost or damaged data or other commercial or economic loss, that result from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
If this limitation of liability provision shall be deemed unenforceable, either in whole or in part, then such parts as are unenforceable shall be deleted, the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect and The Catering Concerto’s liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
(a) Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
(b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
(c) Fire, explosion, storm, floor, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other Natural disaster
(d) Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
(e) Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
(f) The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

From time to time, The Catering Concerto may offer other services, special offers, discounts, or promotions not specifically referred to in the terms and conditions provided herein. Such matters shall be subject, in addition to the terms and conditions provided herein, to additional terms and conditions. By accepting the services, special offers, discounts, or promotions, you agree to be additionally bound by such additional terms and conditions.
We may monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
